We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients’ mental and emotional well-being.

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
- Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services
- Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State]
- Minimum [1–3] years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniques
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Qualifications:

With a unique focus on psychodermatology, Dr. A bridges the connection between mental health and skin health—helping patients understand how stress, anxiety, and emotional factors can affect physical wellness and appearance.
Dr. A has extensive experience treating patients across all ages, from children as young as four to older adults. Her career has spanned community health centers, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and residential treatment facilities, where she has supported individuals navigating mental health challenges, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse.
Her approach is both holistic and evidence-based, ensuring that each patient receives individualized care that promotes emotional stability and physical renewal. Dr. A continually advances her expertise through ongoing education in psychiatry, psychosomatic disorders, and emerging therapies.
