Client Care & Treatments
- Perform professional aesthetic treatments including:

- Reels/TikTok/Instagram content
- Client testimonial content
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Represent the brand professionally both in-person and online
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License in the State of Maryland
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience preferred
- Experience in a medspa or cosmetic setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable on camera and participating in social media content
- Sales confidence and customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Hydrafacial
- Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
- Knowledge of skin of color treatments
- Familiarity with RF microneedling and advanced aesthetic procedures

Psychodermatology Nurse Practitioner | Certified NeuroStar TMS Specialist
Affectionately known as Dr. A, Dr. Asongtia Ntonghawah is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry and family health. With a unique focus on psychodermatology, Dr. A bridges the connection between mental health and skin health—helping patients understand how stress, anxiety, and emotional factors can affect physical wellness and appearance.
Dr. A has extensive experience treating patients across all ages, from children as young as four to older adults. Her career has spanned community health centers, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and residential treatment facilities, where she has supported individuals navigating mental health challenges, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse.
Her approach is both holistic and evidence-based, ensuring that each patient receives individualized care that promotes emotional stability and physical renewal. Dr. A continually advances her expertise through ongoing education in psychiatry, psychosomatic disorders, and emerging therapies.
As a certified NeuroStar TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) specialist, she provides a safe, non-drug, and FDA-cleared treatment for depression and other behavioral health conditions.
